Delete your account

You can delete your Wipi account in the app or by emailing our privacy team.
1. In the app
Open Wipi on your phone and go to My account → Privacy → Delete account.
Deletion is permanent: your profile, presence, and public content are removed according to our retention policy.
2. By email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to privacidade@wipi.live from the email linked to your account.
We will respond within 15 business days, as required by applicable privacy law.
3. What happens next
After deletion you lose access to the mural, favorites, and in-app history.
Some records may be kept where required by law or to prevent abuse (for example security logs).
