By using Wipi you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy (https://wipi.live/privacy), and the Community guidelines (https://wipi.live/guidelines).

If you disagree, do not use the service.

Wipi is a live social layer over physical places: a photo/video mural, text flashes, walkie audio, presence, and a reciprocal radar. Organizers manage a place in Pro (pro.wipi.live).

Features may change as the product evolves. Experimental features may be withdrawn.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Wipi is not directed at children under 13.

Accounts are created with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for your account and for what you publish.

We request foreground location to list nearby places and to confirm you are inside a place's radius when you enter. We do not track you in the background and we never show your position or distance to others.

You can use the app without GPS: search or enter with the place code. Details: https://wipi.live/location

Photos, videos, flashes, audio, avatar, and text you send are user-generated content. You keep ownership and grant us a limited, worldwide, revocable license to host and display that content solely to operate the service in the place where it was posted.

You warrant you have the right to post it and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights. Full rules: https://wipi.live/guidelines

Illegal content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual nudity, hate, harassment, graphic violence, spam, impersonation, and attempts to bypass safety or moderation are prohibited.

The mural, flashes, and walkie are visible to people present at the same place. Do not post other people's personal data without permission.

Anyone present can report media. Two distinct reports auto-hide it. The place owner and the Wipi team can remove content and, in serious cases, suspend accounts.

You can hide people from your radar on this device. Illegal content should also be reported to the competent authorities when appropriate.

Some places may charge entry or accept support. Payments are processed by providers (such as Mercado Pago). We do not store full card numbers.

Amounts, fees, and refunds follow the provider's rules and applicable law.

The Wipi brand, wipi.live, design, and software belong to Wipi or its licensors. You may not copy them without permission.

The service is provided "as is." Other users' content is not endorsed by us. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect damages.
